Create your ClinicYou Main Account.

Typically your practice manager should do this. This Main Account Holder (MAH) adds and manages the rest of the users in your practice. If you are a single-handed practitioner you can act as the main account holder.

Add clinician(s) to the account.

Now you must add a clinician (even if it is yourself) to be able to try the full version of ClinicYou. If you do not add a clinician, you can only use the business management sections and not the medical sections of the app.

You will need to enter your credit card details at this stage. Your card will not be charged until you agree to continue after the Free Trial. You will be warned automatically of the impending billing.

You can cancel your account at any time if you do not wish to use ClinicYou and all your personal data will be deleted.

Add your support (back office) staff. Your first two Support Staff accounts are free.

You do not have to do this, but it may help you understand how your staff can work with ClinicYou. Support staff are back office admin staff. Adding first two Support Staff are free and any additional support staff you add will cost £15 each per month.
