ClinicYou medical records interface is designed a bit like a social media application. Its intuitive interface is a pleasure to work with and we concentrate on presenting the information that you capture in a very easy to grasp layout.

Patient demographics are always at the top of the page to remind you who you are dealing with.  All the vital information like list of diagnoses, drugs, results and relevant documents are easily accessible. All notes entries are displayed in one continuos 'news-feed'. All clinicians who worked on the patient's case are notified by email as new case-notes entries are made.

Easy Charting

ClinicYou's New Note template has a clean, specialty independent design and allows you to capture all the relevant clinical information from a single interface without switching screens - free text, coded clinical data, drug lists and vital signs. It even allows you to attach documents to notes. You can also enter fee information here is you wish for walk-in appointments and ad hoc billing.

Key clinical data at a glance

The common key issues and medications panel in the medical record displays important high level information regardless of where these details were entered and who entered them. This enables clinicians to grasp essential starting point information on patients at a glance.
